Multi-purpose building
 
Our Mission Statement as a church has been: GO to All Nations GROW Christ like disciples to GLORIFY God and our Vision Statementis to see ourselves as a vibrant, victorious, God fearing community of churches in every Nation. If we are faithful to that vision, and to Christ who gave us the vision, we will most likely continue to grow. So how do we approach our vision and strategy for growth? We must have a clear goal in view of carrying our vision.
The most common approach to growth in our culture is for churches to invest a lot of money in land and build bigger and bigger buildings to centralize their ministry. This is often called the MEGA-CHURCH MODEL. But that model is increasingly being questioned on both Scripture and practical grounds.
 
Is there a different way to dream of reaching many people and seeing significant growth? YES!

OUR PHILOSOPHY OF MINISTRY:  
Key concept: Our purpose with respect to ministry is not to supersize but to multiply. 
Key Statement regarding ministry:  Our vision will be best served, not by trying to become one more mega-church but by aspiring to become a movement of multiple and multiplying ministries: a movement of multiple services, and multiple congregation that share a common set of values and distinctive.
 
Why a strategy of multiplying instead of super-sizing?  
Two Reason: 
  1. We simply sense this as God’s calling for our particular church fellowship in light of our values and distinctive as informed by the Scripture and prayer. 
  2. We believe this is actually the best and most biblical way to reach more non-Christian, and at the same time develop and deepen Christian discipleship amongst those who already believe.
 
Numerous studies have shown that a strategy of growing through multiplication; that is multi services, sites and congregations, is especially effective at three key purposes. 
  1. Reaching non-Christian
  2. Developing more people in discipleship and ministry
  3. Enabling the church to retain a sense of community while continually reaching out to new people in obedience to the Great Commission. 

The second issue to address is: 

2) Our philosophy of facilities 
Key Concept: Our purpose with respect to facilities is NOT TO SUPERSIZE but to MAXIMIZE. 
Key Statement regarding facilities: If our ministry vision focuses on multiplication we do not need a facility large enough to house a MEGA-CHURCH but we do need a facility that is sufficient to serve as a BASE FOR MULTIPLYING MINISTRY LOCALLYAND INTERNATIONALLY.
 
ANFGM has set forth a vision of building a MULTIPURPOSE facility that serve as ANFGM base for multiplying ministry. 
  1. We have a vision to build a Ministry Training Centre to equip generation to come” 
“Building the “Vision” on the ANFGM requires breaking ground in order to build a MULTIPURPOSE facility to assure reaching this generation and generation to come. So it is our VISION to build a ministry training center that would allow us to prepare ministers for emerging agenda of God’s end time harvest! 
We have been called to take our city and touch the nations. We believe now is the time to begin providing a permanent foundation for the mission of our church. The fulfillment of our purpose strategy will not happen in a vacuum. It will take space to equip reproducing leaders known as spiritual fathers and mothers to see our core values established. 
  1. We have a Vision to build a Ministry Area for Worship, Conferences, and Outreach! 
In “Building the Vision” we need a place for worship, conferences and outreach. We need a MULTIPURPOSE FACILITY at minimum cost that will allow a maximum space. The utilization of a facility that is able to be used for many different needs. In contrast to building a single purpose facility in which we pay to only turn the lights on once a week! In addition, a MULTIPURPOSE facility allows for maximum outreach in a relax atmosphere to create a community relationship building. 
  1. We have a vision to build Area to Equip, Train, and Prepare High Impact Leaders! 
In “Building the Vision” we need a MULTIDIMENTIONAL place that we can fill with classroom to accommodate our Vision and Mission for reproducing ministry. We need a place for marriage, family and life development for adults, youth, and children. We need a place to equip, train and prepare high impact market place Christian leaders, in addition to fulfilling our mandate to release ministers and to plant churches throughout our state, nations and world. 
  1. We have a Vision we need a ministry area for our pastors, staff, and leaders to navigate the vision and mission of the church to fruition. 
We need conferences and office space to oversee, coordinate and carry out the day to day ministry to people and administration of the church. We need a place for praying, vision casting, strategizing, training, decision making, counselling problem, solving, and where those involved in ministry can meet together. 
  1. We have a vision to build a Ministry Training Centre to Care for People, Not a facility! 
“Building the Vision” is about people, not facilities. People are God’s greatest assets. Buildings are tools to more effectively facilitate our vision to reach every person possible with the Good News of the gospel. It’s so amazing to step back and to look at all the ministry that takes place in people’s lives transformed into the image of Jesus Christ. Imagine the lives we would touch with our own building?
 
The multipurpose building for ANFGM stands as the symbol of an exciting new chapter in the ministry's history. It symbolizes our growing expansion of the ministry! We're excited to extend our ability to serve and equip followers of Christ, both at home and abroad. This our first ever project by faith after more than 27 years existence of this church.
Building our multi-purpose facility is significant and meaningful, but what means the most to us are the lives throughout the world that will be transformed by our continued faithful proclamation of God’s Word and training of others to teach and disciple new believers within their communities. It is for their lives that we ask Him to provide . . . in His perfect timing.
We look up to Him, we focus to Him, we listen to Him and we obey Him. Together we will surely make our God given vision come true.Let us proclaim with our lives that God is with us and through God's power we can do all that we are called to do in faith. Then when we build shall we build with the Lord, and as the Psalmist says, (Ps 127.1)those who build with the Lord shall not build in vain.

I continue to be excited at that opportunities that God is giving us in our ministry but again we must keep in mind that For the vision is yet for an appointed time;
But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie.
Though it tarries, wait for it;
Because it will surely come,
It will not tarry. (HABAKKUK 2:3)

Let’s praise the Lord for all His love and grace, let’s entrust our future to the Faithful Father!
